Pitney Bowes offers an extension to the current opening hours of the UK based Contact Centre, offering out of normal working hours cover via the Vodafone Telephone Answering (VTAS). Using this service you will be given access to a UK network of qualified Pitney Bowes engineers.

24 hour Engineer Support
VTAS will take the details of your machine down time and relay that to a qualified Pitney Bowes engineer in order to get it up and running. If the machine cannot be fixed over the phone the engineer will either come to your site immediately or log a down time call to ensure you are first in line the next day.
The Vodafone Telephone Answering Service provides the following benefits:
- Pitney Bowes qualified and experienced engineers
- 24hr cover Standby and Next Day Callout support
- Switch on - 1 week's notice required
- Next day callout logged
- Subscription to the Pitney Bowes products and services email listing
