Support on a flexible basis 

Purchased in a minimum block of ten hours, this agreement will ensure your inserting equipment is maintained to the highest level with an agreed response rate from our designated UK based Contact Centre during the hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

A "bank of hours" provides the following benefits:

200 hours - £75.00 / hour
150 hours - £85.00 / hour
< 100 hours - £95.00 / hour
